I had a disturbing and unsafe experience during my stay. One night, around 01:30 a.m., I noticed a man loitering around the facilities with no security in sight. I felt threatened when I encountered another man inappropriately lying on the sofa, leaving me no choice but to flee to the elevator. I expected better security at a reputable hotel like this, and, to make matters worse, my concerns went unaddressed when I emailed management after the incident.
